Rubber magnets are a type of ferrite magnets, made by compounding ferrite magnetic powder with synthetic rubber, and then processed through extrusion, calendering, and injection molding to create flexible, elastic, and twistable magnets. They can be manufactured through extrusion and calendering. Rubber magnets can be homogeneous or heterogeneous, bendable, twistable, androllable. They can be used without additional mechanical processing, can be trimmed to the desired size, and can also be customized with PVC, adhesive backing, UV oil, etc., according to customer requirements. Their magnetic energy product is 0.60~1.50 MGOe. Applications of rubber magnets include refrigerators, message boards, and fasteners for fixing objects to metal surfaces for advertising purposes, as well as magnetic strips for toys, teaching instruments, switches, and sensors. They are mainly used in industries such as micro motors, refrigerators, disinfection cabinets, kitchen cabinets, toys, stationery, and advertising.
